Baztech has launched a new soft ware and hardware package aimed at improving security systems and human resources management for Zimbabwean companies. The launch of the products is in partnership with a French firm, Bodet Software. Baztech’s new packages are aimed at assisting organisations in human resources management, as they offer employee self service, planning, data exchange, activity and access control. The French Deputy Ambassador to Zimbabwe, Mr Dennis Benoit said the two countries have shared good trade relations and hopes they will grow stronger. Companies can manage employees’ profiles and information through technology and the introduction of this package will be an integrated solution for managing time, according to Baztech Managing Director, Ms Caroline Chirima. Bodet Software representative, Mr Mathieu Maurel Bodet said the software ensures the supply and installation of computerised biometric time management. The package offers access to clocking operations in real time. One can set up their work periods and manage the associated events such as anomalies, over time totals and bonuses. The system calculates variable payroll elements Different kinds of organisations from industry, education, government to name a few, can use this software to manage working hours of employees, payrolls, leave days and improve security. Bodat Software operates in 29 countries globally.
